~ Walking With A Friend~

It may seem
That we will never walk somewhere
You and me, go for a little stroll
To ease our load of care

But in all that we are being
Though we are far away
We can in reality still be close
In all we are today

For God has given us much more
Than we can ever understand
In the lasting love He gives
We're always hand in hand

How much I thank Him then
That we can never part
Our hearts will always walk together
On His eternal path
