~ Walk That Extra Mile ~

We're living in a day
That's filled with so much strife
Be careful what you say
It could affect a life

Let your life be a sermon
For someone's watching you
Keep your eyes on Jesus
Folks see what you do

Your life will be a beacon
If God's light is shining through
To help lead the lost to harbor
Some soul depends on you

If we obey the Lord
In all we do and say
Strife will not affect us
We'll never lose our way

Take your neighbor's hand
And walk along a while
Help to bear their burden
Walk that extra mile!
