~ Weary Pilgrim ~
You are only a weary pilgrim
Traveling a world of sin
Until you come repenting
Asking Jesus to take you in
He will hear you when you cry
He is listening for your call
But He wants to be invited
Or He won't come at all
He paid our debt of sin
Making way for our reward
Now it's up to you
Will you take Him at His word?
He has made the sacrifice
When He shed His blood
You're welcome now
To be washed in Calvary's flood
Not just a weary pilgrim
If you invite Him in
If you join the ranks of heaven
Let Jesus take away your sin
Then when He comes to call
We won't have to fear
We know our Risen Savior,
No weary pilgrims here
