What Should I Do? ~
My doorbell is ringing
My nerves are on edge
Eyes peeking through
My windows and hedge.
A full moon is shining
Casting an eerie light
Strange things I see
Are out tonight.
I'm trembling and shaking
I'm scared to the core
So many creatures
Are at my front door.
They're screaming and hollering
""It's time - trick or treat"
Running to my house
And all down the street. |

What should I do?
Should I run and hide?
Should I open the door?
Or should I stay inside?
I guess I should give them
Some kind of treat
Maybe they'll go
Maybe they'll retreat.
And leave me alone
Not scare me so
I don't want to see
Strange things that glow.
No ghost or goblins
For me - NO WAY
I'm praying for
The light of day.
