~ YESTERDAY ~

What ever happened to yesterday?
Does anybody know?
It feels like it was all a dream,
From a very long time ago.

When you are young and eager,
About your life ahead,
Each new day is filled up,
With a story not yet read.

But once the pages have been read,
And you are young no more,
You wonder where your spirit went.
You can’t feel it anymore.

So as you live each moment,
Reach out and give your all.
So that when you remember yesterday,
Sweet memories you’ll recall.
