Once upon a time I saw you
Standing there, above them all,
So tall to me
You were the only one to see
No other visible to call.

A misty cloud
Shrouded peripherals from view
My heart was calling you
I held you in my dreams
I knew our love was true.

Then you took a step
You moved, it was my way,
You did not turn away
You came to me
Enfolded in the moonlight
Tenderly
approaching
My heart, a mirror clear
Your own heart to see.

You took my hand
Your eyes bestowing love
silently aglow
Whispering will you,
Will you be mine
Become as one above
Heavens delight unwind

shadowed figures dance
bowed heads touching
Silent whispers
echo through the mind
soft kisses placed
Silhouettes of loves embrace
joined at the heart
