~ Your Beautiful Heart ~

I am understanding why
your heart is as beautiful as spring
A fresh delightful blossom
with all your loveliness within

I see in all the pains of life
and life's bitter winter hurts
You let them be re-newed in Jesus
so new life is given birth

You accept life's ills with grace
and let be what has to be
Never holding onto things
not meant for you to keep

If someone doesn't know of love
you let their soul go free
And do not carry burdens
to fill your heart with grief

If people shall not call or care
you do not live the less
But keep on loving as you do
without unnecessary stress

If folks would walk away
you know their part is done
Believing God has something more
e'er planned in His great love

No bitterness can plague your days
for you let the winter go
Knowing His eternal spring
is where you'll always be at home
