My daughter, you're getting married...
I see the love between you two.
You called me on the phone and said,
"Mom, I just had to first tell you!"

I pray your lives together
will be blessed by God above,
keep him foremost in your lives,
and he'll wrap you in his love.



My heart is so full for you,
your ring twinkles in the light,
but it will never be as bright
as the joy that's in your eyes!



A sweeter man for you to love,
you'll never ever find....
I've never had a "son", you know,
so this is a whole new ride!

I wish you all the happiness
both your hearts can hold...
May you grow in love, each passing year,
cherishing memories as you grow old.
