~Elbows and Knees~
Calluses on my elbows.
Bruises on my knees.
Battle scars for VICTORY,
As I kneel, Lord, unto Thee.
A path worn on my carpet
Where loving feet have trod,
Seeking wisdom that can only come
From You, my Father God!
Prayers for my family.
More prayers for my dear friends.
Asking that You guide them
And for Your peace to send!
Prayers said in solemn love
That will NEVER cease.
As calluses on my elbows grow
Along with bruises on my knees!
