Are Rare Jewels ~
True friends are hard to find in this world of
strife
We should cherish them every day of our life
Friends are rare jewels sent from God above
They surround us with warm caring love.
Friends impress us with fascinating charms
And always greet us with open arms
Speak encouraging words when we are down
Welcome us with a smile when we frown.
Friends are angels who brighten our days
In all kinds of wonderful magical ways
Even though they have no wings
They bless our life with precious things.
Friends are rare jewels we respect and treasure
Having them near gives us comfort and pleasure
They show compassion in our hour of need
I thank God, friends are rare jewels indeed.
