~ Happy New Year ~

Like a balm on the earth
lies a blanket of snow
cleansing the earth
from all sin

As the old year moves on
making way for new hope
And the New Year
comes rushing in

May a candle of hope
burn bright in each heart
and for all those
that you hold dear
