~ I Am One Person ~
Soon the old year will be passing
And the New Year will ring in loud
And I know that I am one person
For Jesus I will always stand so proud.

I will never turn away from Him
Because He died for all my sin
He will eternally be by my side
As I walk hand in hand with Him.

I will shout it on the highest mountain
And at the depth of the deepest sea
That He is the one and only Son of God
Born to die for sinners such as you and me.

All you have to do is invite Him in
Open the door of your heart to Him
And you will have everlasting life
And the warmth of His love within.

So let them try to take Him from our world
And take Him out of our schools
But they cannot take him from my heart
If they think this, they are really fools.
