For knitted scarves and mittens

For popcorn and for candy
For chocolate, sweet and smooth
Fresh coffee, too, is dandy
Hot tea that warmly soothes
For sunsets and sunrises
Which daily mark the time
For birthdays and surprises
Wind chimes that gently chime
For willow trees and flowers
Birds in boughs that softly sing
Fluffy clouds and gentle showers
Heaven's angels gently wing
Cries of babies, now resounding
Tears of joy and endless mirth
Our Maker's love for us abounding
