~ Lovely Day ~

God gave me such a lovely day,
I'll pass one on to you,
Because I know, when you next wake,
You've a hundred things to do.

What with your home, and chores, and things,
You'll be a busy bee,
And then there's all your friends out here,
Who adore your company.

You send us cards, and hugs and love,
And stuff to make us smile.
And then you send us blessed prayers,
Which comfort us the while.

So, I'm smiling, and I'm happy,
For all the loving that you do
On this, a really special day
To me, from God and you !!!
