I hold out my hands to you Jesus
You have always been there for me
With the words, I am writing
You call to me.
You are the Master Poet
Who tells me what is in my heart,
It was you who wrote "The Lord's Prayer"
For mankind, whom you love.
Although many were lost sheep
You helped them find peace within,
You saw inside their soul,
You take away their sin.
For the love of all.
You are The Master Poet
I want to learn from you,
Help me write the words.
I know you want me too
I hope to go to Heaven,
To take your blessed hand
