~ More Than Plenty ~
The time we had was
perfect,
or, close enough for me.....
your goodness was a beacon
for all the world to see.
The years we shared together
when we both spiritually grew,
will never be forgotten,
for those kind are very few...
So, thank you for the kindness..
unconditional love every way,
you will never be forgotten,
until my dying day...
Then you'll greet me in heaven,
and we'll rejoice up there!
With so much love and praises,
and memories galore to share!
So, keep the hearth light glowing,
fan it with your wings,
for I will join that choir someday,
and with the angels sing.
Together we'll watch hummingbirds,
God's creatures, one and all,
we'll smile into each other's eyes,
having traveled thru it all....
Never doubt the blessings here....
don't let them pass you by...
for it can be a dollar bill,
as well as a butterfly.
Be mindful as you gaze each day
at beauty all around,
for blessings are abundant
upon God's sacred ground!
God, open our eyes that we may see,
your mighty gifts, so many.....
and help me, Lord, to realize,
that I have more than plenty!!!!
