~ Mother's Prayers ~
In my
heart mother's prayers still remain
The loving words she spoke I can't
explain
They came from her heart with such
emotion
Prayed with love and deep devotion.
Mother read the bible to us many years
Helping us to learn many scriptures
Smiling while reading the story of Jesus
And looking up her eyes filled with
tears.
Mother could pray the sweetest prayer
Her beautiful voice was clear as a bell
On this earth she felt Jesus was there
And now with Him she does dwell.
