~ My Music ~
My music plays so soft
and low
As I sit here in my
comfy chair
It has such a sweet,
sweet sound
As it gently falls upon
my ears.
And as I listen to the
words
It reminds me of all of
you
And of the ones that I
love
It helps to chase away
the blues.
And it also reminds me
of the one
Who died so that we
could all be free
He died upon that old
rugged cross
To save a wretch such as
you and me.
So through my poetry and
letters
I will continue to give
him praise
I will spread his gospel
and his love
Because of him I know
that I am saved.
