There is an inviting entrance to a garden
A path for us to go on through
Beneath entwining arches
Together, me and you
There is only loveliness there in
As we wander onward, arm in arm
Meandering into secret places
Delighting, one in heart
Sharing only sweetest fragrance
Choosing the prettiest bloom
Exclaiming aloud the wonder
Tucked within each arbor room
Til a shady nook, of coolness, calls us in
For a refreshing cup of tea
Here in our own friendship garden
Of roses, velvet sweet
Soft whispers from

A rose garden holds such lovely perfume;
when it is shared,
it can transform the simplest
moments into a beautiful gift of love
