P-O-W-E-R ~
The world's become a funny ol' place,
Where everyone strives to not 'lose face',
Whilst indulging in the latest race ..... for power.
Each person wants to be The Boss,
Yet, for others they don't give a toss,
As long as they don't suffer loss ..... of power.
Of other people they are aware,
But for their welfare they don't care,
They'd rather use it as a stair ..... to power.
This comes in every walk in life,
They use position like a knife,
There's always battles, always strife ..... in power.
Yes, through it all there is but One,
Lord Jesus Christ, God's own dear Son,
Through greatest love alone has won ..... true power.
Now this, with YOU, He'd like to share,
He'll show you He can really care,
His Love, like a mantle, you may wear ..... That's POWER !!
