~ A Prayer For Strength ~

Lord, never turn from me
when I slip and fall.
I ask you hold me free
of hatreds one and all.

All I ask is that you
help me stand upright
and please allow me to
view others in your light.

the world is far too full
of wrongful things done
please don't let evil pull
me down to where it runs

And Lord, may I ever
hold my head upright
I pray that I never
dim myself in your sight.
