All alone in the garden
Jesus knelt to pray
Judas then betrayed Him
they led the Savior away
To the court of Pilate
they mocked and jeered and cried
'Crucify Him!, Crucify Him!
we want this man to die'
'Twas planned in the beginning
That He'd die upon a tree
To save the poor lost sinners
If they would just believe
Now suffering upon the cross
Before He died that day
'Father, Oh forgive them'
Is what they heard Him say
