~Princess of Love~

It seems every night,
after I'm in bed
When my eyes are closed, she
enters my head
Through soft woven clouds,
from heaven above
God sends down to me, my
princess of love
The glow from her eyes,
reflects on her face
As she smiles I see, a
portrait of grace
Against gentle wind, silk
hair skips so free
I'm dazzled and dazed, as she
turns to me
Her hand reaches out, I'm
frozen in trance
Is she asking me, for this
angels dance
Oh Lord, give me strength,
abundant right now
Cause' I'm in her arms, and
gliding somehow
Across milky ways, beyond
starburst skies
Deep into her world, she leads
with her eyes
While angels sing out, a love
symphony
All glitter erupts, as she
kisses me
I'm dizzy and lost, and I
shake my head
The clock is abuzz, right next
to my bed
Though I stumble off, I'll
give thanks above
For sending again, my princess
of love
