~*~ Puterland Love ~*~

A sweet hurting lady, this nice lonely man
Met one quiet night, in some "puterland"
Two hearts reaching out, reality torn
Would somehow unite, a friendship was born

Days turned into weeks, then months would go by
While millions of words, would dazzle the eye
Oh, fantasies swirled, romance took its turn
With beaches, and stars, and candles to burn

Those friends grew in love, their world came alive
So needing each other, to somehow survive
Each day brought new light, where darkness had been
Emotions ran wild, so close to a sin

This storybook love, that heaven had sent
Was twisted and flawed, by adulterous hint
Confusion would hide, the dream they had found
Their rainbow so high, would fall to the ground

But two hearts stood firm, with love as defense
Surviving the storms, that lacked common sense
Now sunshine prevails, they walk hand in hand
A dream that came true, in some "puterland"
