Rays Of Everlasting Love ~
There are wondrous rays of light
Streaming in from heavenly space,
Oh yes, I see, I feel them, arcing round the world
All aiming for my place.
One transmits from Oklahoma
Another beams in from New York State,
A gleaming one from Florida
And Texas, flashes from the database.
Indiana, Alabama, bright Virginia
All scintillatingly aglow,
Pennsylvania, Georgia, all the south
And sparkling light from Ohio.
Arkansas is a golden source
And glitters from far Washington I know,
Colorado's, glimmering like Michigan
Louisiana and Kentucky, beam such a cheery show.
But, there's all so many rays of grace
As each state radiates with love divine,
Every one fills my heart with warmth
To bless this little heart of mine.
