~ Sisters Forever ~

Is there a special place I keep
For you to fit right in
Do you still sit at my table
Though you are never seen

Shall I keep you so very near
When days are dark and grim
Or when the sun is shining bright
Will I yet carry you within

Might I ever have you at my hearth
While I warm my little toes
And will we be quite cozy always
Though bitter winds may blow

Could I walk you in my garden
Among the flowering trees
And rest awhile upon a bench
To enjoy a pleasant breeze

And shall we e'er be one each day
In this lasting love we share
That God has seen to bless us with
In everlasting care

Yes, I hold this very special place
At my table, garden, bench and hearth
For you are mine to keep forever sis
Deep down in my heart
