~ Thank You For Feelings ~

When I feel for losses in my life
I cry because I cannot change today,
When I see a little girl with a lovely sister
I may feel I have missed out in many ways.

Now a sister can love me and I can love her too
But why wait so long before this feeling we can know
I may have feelings of not being wanted by family
Yet, I also have feelings of wonder for all that came to be.

God meant for me to know my family
When feeling at the end of my long rope,
Now I feel I have wings
Because there is nothing greater than hope.

I may feel such sorrow when I go to the Doctor
And see someone very ill
I want to reach out to them but I do not know how,
And when I see a homeless hungry person
I feel I want to feed them right now.

There is so much in this world, that is full of feelings
We only have to reach for it and pray
I hope I make a difference in a heart someday,
We need angels everywhere to shine over us

Will there come a time someone will care
So we can feel something to trust.
Dear God, I love you so much
Thank you for all You give
Can you help me with these feelings that I have

Only You can give people the feeling
of true love in their hearts
Something to live for, wherever they may go
Please help make it happen,
As I pray about these feelings I know.
