~ The Still Small Voice ~

In this world there is confusion,
And we know from whom that comes.
Darkness has this world in chaos,
With everybody on the run.

But, there is still One we can turn to,
To help and guide us with each choice.
Just be quiet and let Him show you,
Listen for THE STILL SMALL VOICE.

When your mind is overloaded,
And this world comes crashing in,
Please remember there is Jesus,
The One who saved you from your sin.

He will calm you as each storm rages,
And ever keep you safe from harm.
Pay attention when He is speaking,
Fall in the safety of His loving arms.

As you try each day to seek Him,
Heíll give you reasons to rejoice.
There is always Hope in Jesus,
Heís there to keep you on your course.

The voice will speak if you will listen,
And take your mind from worldly things.
Listen for His gentle prompting,
And feel the joy His love can bring.

~ ~ ~

So close the noises off around you,
And seek the sound of Heavenís Love!
Youíll hear the Still Small voice of Jesus,
Whispering softly from above.

So when all this world is spinning,
And you donít know what to do,
Learn to listen too, for gentle promptings,
His Still Small Voice will see you through.

And he said, Go forth,
and stand upon the mount before the LORD.
And, behold, the LORD passed by,
and a great and strong wind rent the mountains,
and brake in pieces the rocks before the LORD;
but the LORD was not in the wind:
and after the wind an earthquake;
but the LORD was not in the earthquake:
And after the earthquake a fire;
but the LORD was not in the fire:
and after the fire a still small voice.
1 Kings 19:11 - 12
