Today is just a reminder
That yesterday has passed
Of time both good and bad
And happy times we have had.
The future for us is waiting
As today becomes the night
And time becomes a reality
In the early morning light.
The past brings memories
To treasure in coming years
Our faith keeps dreams alive
Removing our doubts and fears.
OH, dear friends we have today
To live, laugh, love, and to cry
This day God has given us
Will soon be passing us by.
