We hit it off,
we don't know when,
But, sure we did,
find then, a friend.
'Twas not with reason,
we did use,
But God did say,
'tis His to choose.
No rationale,
no plan we made,
How glad I am
to us He gave.
This friendship kind,
this friendship would
Stand test of time,
for it is good.
The liking you
right from the start
was true because,
'twas of the heart.
