Twinkle, twinkle little star
As I lay upon my bed
I can see the stars dancing in my head
So beautiful tonight, glowing in my sight
Why do I not see you..
in the bright daylight

Twinkle, twinkle, little star
Can I fly to you so high
May I make a wish, as I fly from star to star,
will I find true love,
it cannot be too far

Twinkle, twinkle, little star
I can see you twinkling
Here, within my eyes,
I need to soar above, upon the milky way
So I can watch the planets
make a wonderful display

Ah, then I awake
and in the morning light I see
I have lived a dream, of sweetest mystery
I look at your picture, close here at my side,
What is this I see
You holding a star, for the heart of me
