Together they
stand,
United as
one
To care for
another,
So hurt and
alone
From
disaster
unplanned.
Single-minded
in the fight
To heal and
to bless,
And to know
the joy
Of restoring
a soul
Back to love
and be
loved,
At their own
lives expense
They give
of their
best.
Dedicating their life
In devotion
of heart,
They trust
God to heal
After
performing
their part.
They don't
question why
But live by
that call
In days not
their own,
Locked in a
sad grieving
world
Of sorrow
and fear,
In a
beautiful
place
Where angels
are known.
