In the softest
moonlight
I thought I saw
an angel or two,
Fluttering
softly by
And then I
heard one gently
sigh
Are you alright,
I heard a little
cry,
I am here, go
back to sleep
I'll be here,
just close by.
Don't worry your
sleepy head
About all there
is to do,
Jesus will be
there to help
His heart is
beating just
for you.
Now, don't you
weep
Is not yours to
wonder why
God's got
everything in
His hand,
You'd be sure
surprised
What goes on up
here in our sky.
If you could see
as I do
Then you'd never
worry at all,
For there's a
myriad of angels
Answering every
call.
And Gods plans
are all perfect
For each and
every one,
As He has this
great big
blueprint
And each part is
getting done.
Until one day,
He'll say to us
Go gather
everyone who is
My own,
For my family is
all complete
All my precious
children
Now will be
safe at home.
So rest sweet my
dear, sleep
tight
There is nothing
now to fear
Everything's
alright.

My help comes
from the Lord,
who made heaven
and earth.
He...will
neither slumber
nor sleep.
The Lord is your
keeper; the Lord
is your shade
at your right
hand.
~Psalm 121:2-5~
