~ The  Wind ~

Listen to the wind blow
Feel it against your skin
Let it blow through your hair
Feel it closing in.

The temperature is starting to drop
Feel the coolness coming around
The wind is swirling all the leaves
That have gathered on the ground.

Watch the clouds go passing by
The wind is carrying them away
The force behind this act of nature
Always leaves me quite amazed.

The wind is bending all the trees
It's causing them to sway
The sound is becoming deafening
The sky is turning gray.

With the wind comes the thunder
And soon the rain will start
That's when the wind will finally die down
Because it has played its part.
